Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request and reason for return.
We do not cover postage on cost of returns and refunds. As we already pay postage to send the item to you, we cannot reclaim those funds from Royal Mail in the event of a return. If the fault in the item or postage is due to a fault we made, we make exception to this.
Custom costs are expected to be covered by the customer, and we are not responsible for this.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-4 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange this.
If you wish to return your product, you should email us at email@example.com and we can send you the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In the case of undelivered items, we’ll do our best to make sure the situation is resolved. If the item has not shown up, and you suspect it’s been lost in the postal system, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will do our best to refund, or replace items lost in the postal system.
If your order is returned to us by the postal system, we aim to email you within 2 days to notify you of this. Mail sent back to us usually includes a sticker with the reason it’s been refused. If this is due to unpaid customs or due to you providing an incorrect address, we would be unable to refund your postage costs. If you would like your order resent, we would require the additional postage and correct details. If you would like a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
